Coconut Oil Processing Description

Coconut contains 33% oil. It can be used as a cooking oil. The processing technique is cold press extraction. We offer a complete ramie machine, including pre-treatment equipment, presses, extraction solvents, refiners and more.

First, coconut pretreatment

Before extracting oil from coconut, you need to grind it by washing, crushing, softening, peeling and cooking. For cleaning, we offer magnetic separators, aspirator or cleaning screens of different sizes, as shown below, in order to remove impurities from the coconut.

Then, the temperature and moisture of the coconut flakes are adjusted by adjusting or softening the kettle to make them soft and moist enough to peel off. This step increases its ductility. Below is a photo of the softened kettle.

The peeling roll will be a wet software chip. We have vertical peeling rolls, multi-stage peeling rolls, hydraulic peeling rolls and spring peeling rolls, etc., as shown below.

II coconut oil press

The sheet will be pressed first by the continuous screw press. After pressing, they are divided into two parts: pressing the oil and pressing the cake. The oil and fat in the pressed cake will be further extracted by the solvent.

The main engine of the coconut punching machine

The main engine consists of a base, vertical, top plate, oil drip pan nut, etc., one of its main components. First, the grease material was placed into the boring assembly of the press and then rushed by the cylinder piston. The grease will flow out of the boring gap and then be stored through the oil drop drum.

Hydraulic system of coconut press

The hydraulic system is the main power of the machine, including the drive shaft, steam turbine, worm gear, gear pump, high pressure pump, relief valve; high pressure safety valve; hand operated valve; seamless steel pipe; pipe connection and other SPART parts. This machine uses a word power pack and compares it with two plunger pumps. This is faster, higher pressure and can withstand higher temperatures. It can continue to work when the oil exceeds 65 degrees, but a cooling device is needed.
