The basic process of the oil press process is as follows:

Industrial oil press principle process

Industrial oil press maintenance
Lubrication should be checked after every 50 hours of operation. The oil cup on the reduction gear box must not be deficient in oil. The source screw shaft should be adjusted from the adjustment screw hole to add the grease once.
Each lubricating part should be protected from dust and other impurities. Check the oil quality of the gearbox once a year. If it is found to be deteriorated, replace all oil.
When the pressing amount is reduced and the cake or oil is not normal, the screw shaft should be taken out to check the wear of the screw, the strip, the cake head and the cake outlet, and the worn parts should be replaced in time.
After each work, the residual cake in the machine should be removed and the dust and dirt on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.
When storing for a long time after the end of the production season, maintenance should be carried out once, and the snails, the squeezed strips, the cake heads should be removed and washed and reapplied and placed in a dry place.
After each oil extraction, the screw shaft should be removed to clean the residue, and the rotating port should be scrubbed with a dry cloth and a cotton swab to prevent clogging.
Industrial oil press common fault

Raw material moisture is low
The squeaking sound is heard in the squeezer of the oil press, causing the entire oil press to vibrate;
The cake can not be broken into pieces and is dark brown with focal spots;
The power motor load current is higher than 30 amps;
The position of the oil is moved to the direction of the cake, and the cake is smoked with green smoke, the oil is reduced, and the oil color is dark brown.
If the above phenomenon lasts for too long, it will cause a major mechanical damage accident. At this time, it is necessary to immediately reduce the steam pressure, increase the direct steam injection amount in the upper steaming cylinder, close the small discharge door, reduce the feeding to the squeeze cage, increase the thickness of the cake, and gradually reduce the load of the press, and then add Adjust to return to normal working condition.
High moisture content of raw materials
1. When the raw material moisture is high, the following phenomena will occur: 1. The feed is small, or even the feed is not required, or the material rotates together with the shaft;
2. The cake is loose and soft, with a lot of water vapor, and the cake is oiled. When the cake is out, the cake rotates with the shaft;
3. The motor load drops and the working current is below 20 amps;
4. The oil output is reduced, the oil color is white, foaming, and the oil discharge position is moved to one end of the feed. In the above situation, the indirect steam pressure should be gradually increased gradually, the direct steam injection amount should be reduced, and some slag cake should be added to the feed port until the oil press returns to the normal state.
